Today, the State Test Center has established cooperation with many international organizations to improve the quality of work, develop the field of testology, make the assessment system more fair and transparent. State Test Center has collaborated with the Goethe Institute in Tashkent, Germany, the Federal Institute for Pedagogical Measurements in Russia (FIPI), the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the United States and SCANTRON Corporation, the Korean Institute for Evaluation of Korean Education and Programs, and the Japanese University Entrance Exams with the National Translation Center, the Turkish Center for Assessment, Selection and Placement (OSYM), the Norwich Institute for Language Learning (NILE), the British Council, the Cambridge Assessment English and with other similar international organizations.
The State Test Center has partnered with another major international organization, ALTE, to expand its international borders.
ALTE is an association of testing specialists working together to promote the fair and accurate assessment of linguistic ability in Europe and other countries, founded in 1989 by the University of Cambridge (UK) and the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). It manages a quality audit system for European language exams.
Today, ALTE has 33 full member organizations, including 25 European language assessors, as well as 68 partner organizations, 15 highly qualified experts, and more than 800 professionals from around the world.
The State Test Center has become an official partner of ALTE and plans to carry out several promising tasks in cooperation with ALTE in the future. It should be noted that cooperation with this organization, which is in the spotlight of developed countries, will further improve the assessment system for the State Test Center.
Becoming a partner of ALTE for the State Test Center is the first step in obtaining full official membership. Acquiring ALTE's international quality mark (Q-Mark) and becoming a full official member are a very complex process, and you need to work as its official partner for at least 1 year to advance to the next level. There are also a number of requirements that must be met, such as international studies and inspections. After that, the national certificate in a foreign language issued by the State Test Center will be recognized by educational institutions of foreign countries.
