On July 16, 2021 (at 18:04), the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education announced that in connection with the decision of the Republican Special Commission to suspend the holding of public events in open and closed territories, the time for the preliminary selection and main exams in academic lyceums was postponed to a certain term due to the epidemiological situation. The selection exams in academic lyceums are scheduled for the first half of September this year.

However, in some telegram channels and social networks under the heading "Entrance exams were postponed to September due to quarantine", many citizens, without reading the entire message, come to the conclusion that the entrance exams to higher educational institutions were postponed to September.

Because of this, many turn to the State Test Center with a question of the following content: "Were the exams really postponed to September?", "Why were the tests postponed in September?"

In this regard, we would like to inform you that the timing of entrance tests for undergraduate courses in higher educational institutions for September has not been shifted, and the exams are planned to be held in August in accordance with the current legislation.
