On March 9, 2022, the following online meeting was held between the State Test Center and Kazan Federal University.

Madjit Karimov, Director of the State Test Center, Sardor Radjabov and Sherzod Batirov, Deputy Directors, Javlonbek Nurmatov, Head of the Department for Assessment of Foreign Language Proficiency, Nasimbek Lutfiyev, Chief Specialist of the International Relations Department, Kazan Federal Acting Rector of the University Dmitry Tayursky, Vice-Rector Timirkhan Alishev, Director of the Department of Foreign Relations Olga Vershinina, Director of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Relations Radif Zamaletdinov and a number of university representatives.

During the meeting, the leaders of the two sides discussed measures for regular exchange of experience, strengthening ties, ensuring the continuity of meetings, and a Memorandum was signed between the two organizations.

The State Test Center and Kazan Federal University have agreed to cooperate in important areas by signing a Memorandum. Based on the areas of activity, the Memorandum provides for the formation of test assignments in Russian, the establishment of a working group, the specification of joint test assignments and practical work on other important aspects.
