By the decree of the Government, the Development Fund for the State Test Center (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) was established. The Fund's capital is provided by applicants’ payments (those who failed the previous years) for the participation in entrance examination, as well as by other cash receipts from activities not prohibited by the legislation in force.

Information on the use of the Fund in the 2019-2020 academic year:

1. Purchase of a high-speed printer - 840 million 870 thousand 316 sums;
2. Purchase of equipment for stapling questions books - 199 million 988 thousand 154 sums;
3. The acquisition of high-power servers, their installation and commissioning - 1 billion 204 million 206 thousand 224 sums;
4. Rental charges  (in Tashkent) – 1 billion 942 million 706 thousand 950 sums, 18 tiyin;
5. Payment to audience invigilators - 9 billion 14 million 745 thousand;
6. The cost of lunch for invigilators - 763 million 374 thousand 250 sums;
7. Purchase of equipmet to block mobile devices - 688 million 121 thousand 120 sums;
8. Expenses on water supply  - 880 million 494 thousand 710 sums;
9. Purchase of ballpoint pens - 336 million 357 thousand 552 sums;
10. Payment of travel expenses - 13 million 262 thousand 39 sums 14 tiyin.

TOTAL: 15 billion 884 million 127 thousand 82 tiyin.

This report does not include information on the funds being  used to pay for utility services in buildings rented for entrance examinations, salaries for employed technical workers responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of  technical facilities.

In addition, it is planned to use the rest of money for the purchase of technical equipment and their parts, devices with larger memory for storing video materials and cellphone jammers. Besides, the fund is to be deployed  to invite foreign experts, provide advanced training for employees in leading educational institutions abroad, and to prepare test items in the following year.
