On May 26, 2023, a seminar training was held on the topic "Rules of ethical behaviour of employees of the Knowledge Assessment Agency".

A group of qualified psychologist-trainers, consisting of Alimova Feruza Nadzhimovna, Agzamova Malika Muratovna, Turabekova Shakhnoza Zamirovna, Sharipova Asal Sarvarovna, specialists of the Psychology Educational and Scientific Center at Nizomiy Tashkent State Pedagogical University, participated in the seminar-training.

They organized training for the Knowledge Assessment Agency employees on "Preventing conflict situations when working with citizens' appeals".

Employees' knowledge and skills on the psychological aspects of overcoming stress in various conflict situations in working with citizens in group training conducted by psychologist-trainers were increased.

Also, at the event, the civil servant's rules of conduct, the principles of the employee's professional activities, obligations, special conditions, responsibility for violating the rules of conduct, issues of employees during their duties and after working day such as avoiding situations that damage their reputation were covered in detail.
