In October 2019, State Test Center will conduct a test to determine the level of foreign language proficiency and issue a certificate of qualification.
On October 16, Listening, Reading, Lexical and Grammar Competences, and Writing sections of the test will be conducted.
Speaking section will be held on October 17-18.
