In order to dissipate misunderstandings in interpretation of press conference on the results of admission tests on September 14, 2020, State Test Center reports the following:

1. There were no errors in calculation of test results.

Test results were said to be re-calculated, but it does not mean that they were calculated incorrectly.

State Test Center always checks the test results several times. The test results will be reviewed this year as well, and this will be done before the mandate. This is done to make sure that the test results are calculated correctly, to make sure that there are no errors, and to analyze the test results in general.

2. Errors in the announcement of test results of some applicants have been corrected.

There was a technical error in announcing the test results on September 11. Technical errors in the test results occurred in Navoi and Kashkadarya regions, as well as in Kokand with some applicants who took part in the test, which was held on September 10 in the 1st shift.

Currently, this technical error has been corrected, and the results of applicants whose test results were released incorrectly have been updated. These applicants can review the updated test results through their personal cabinets.

3. The dust on the answer sheet did not cause an error in the calculation of the test results.

Due to the fact that the tests were conducted in the open areas, dust accumulated on the answer sheets, which eventually prolonged the release of test results. Because after scanning a certain number of answer sheets, it was necessary to dust the scanner devices. This, of course, led to the announcement of the results at the very end of the day.

4. Applicants will not be re-tested.

During the test, which took place from September 2 to September 13, 90 applicants were disqualified from the test due to having temperature (above 37⁰ C). In accordance with Protocol No.1 of State Admission Commission, additional tests are planned for those applicants on September 17 in the stadiums and squares of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent.
