Documents must be submitted to the State Test Center and its regional offices within the first 5 business days of the chosen month.

The deadline for submitting applications for foreign language proficiency tests for February 2020 is February 3-7.

List of required documents for submission:

    • passport or birth certificate (original and a copy);

    • a printed copy of the online application form;

    • a copy of the payment receipt;

    • 1 plastic bag.
