On March 25-26-27, 2021, the second stage of the foreign language proficiency test, the “speaking” skills test, was held.

The exams were held in Tashkent at the State Test Center, with face-to-face interviews, and in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions through the Zoom platform.

It was conducted in English, German, French, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Persian, Pashto and Arabic. In total, it was attended by 733 applicants.

Qualified specialists and international experts working in the most prestigious higher education institutions and non-governmental organizations of the republic were involved to assess the speaking skills of the candidates.
