The Knowledge Assessment Agency developed a special format to create a convenient and suitable environment for visually impaired individuals in learning foreign languages. This format was tested in November 2024 (https://t.me/BaholashUz/7011).

Based on the results of the test, the system was further improved, and on February 14, 2025, a foreign language proficiency exam was organized for visually impaired individuals following the new format. 

To make the exams more accessible, they were held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional centers, and Tashkent city using specially developed software on computers. 

The exam focused on listening comprehension and speaking skills, with 37 applicants from across the country participating.
