According to Decree No. PQ-4319 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 14, 2019 "On Additional Measures to Improve the System of Admission to Higher Education Institutions by 2020", starting from the 2020/2021 academic year, the test package will consist of two sections, with three subjects mandatory for all test takers – mother tongue (Uzbek, Russian, Karakalpak), mathematics and history of Uzbekistan in section one and two subjects corresponding to the educational area chosen by the candidate in section two.

Sample tests on three subjects mandatory for all test takers – mother tongue (Uzbek, Russian, Karakalpak), mathematics and history of Uzbekistan have been created by State Test Center and the piloting procedure will take place in different secondary and secondary special educational establishments in our Republic on October 22-24.
