The Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 13, 2008 No. 226, considered a test for basic doctoral students applying for state scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

For this purpose, on March 2, 2022, the State Test Center organized a test for applicants for the state scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The test was attended by 41 doctoral students studying in basic doctoral programs of state higher education institutions and research institutes.

Candidates' knowledge of foreign languages (English, German, French), information technology and history of Uzbekistan was tested.

The results will be calculated and submitted to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education.
