On April 21, 2022, a meeting was held at the State Test Center to establish cooperation with St. Petersburg State University.

Cooperation in the field of evaluation was discussed. Issues such as exchange of experience in this field were agreed.

It was also agreed to cooperate in conducting "Russian as a foreign language" (TRKI) tests at the State Test Center.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of the State Test Center Sardor Radjabov and experts in the field, as well as the First Vice-Rector for Youth Policy and Admission of St. Petersburg State University Alexander Vyacheslavovich Babich, Director of the Center for Language Assessment Dmitry Viktorovich Ptyushkin.
